This year, our division has recruited 25 members to make up a total of 80. At present, our division has two troops which are under the troop leaders. Each troop is sub-divided into two patrols which are under the patrol leaders.

Under the leaderships of our officers, committee members and leaders, all the members are given better training in first aid, foot drill and other proficiency subjects. At the weekly meetings, our members learn first aid, signalling, road and home safety, fire fighting, natural history of St. John, knotting and also learn how to play and work together.

An elementary first aid examination was held for all the members in Kuching and was conducted by the armies. The advance first aid lec­ture was given to those who passed the elementary first aid examination

by our headquarters and was conducted by the doctors.
